El Nino Odds Decline, But DOOMSDAY Clock Stays at 2149

The odds of an El Nino event this rainy season which would relieve the California drought have just declined.

While this news has the potential of bad news for California and the Western United States, it does not justify moving the DOOMSDAY CLOCK at this time.

But, it bears watching should the drought possibility expand geographically to the Central Plains Bread Basket of the United States and other countries as well.
