Before the Imminent Pandemic

 

We will have a pandemic on trump's watch, regardless of who is in charge at the Health agencies.

Kennedy is an ignoramus and will try to stop all vaccines if he is there.

For the good of the country, all Federal employees MUST disobey any Kennedy/trump order that will hurt or kill people and do the right thing instead. 

If they try to fire you over that:

1. Promise you will follow the order tomorrow, or next week, but do not do so.

1. Refuse to leave the premises.

2. Call the press when they send in Police to remove you by force, make sure there is video.

3. While waiting for the police, wipe clean all the hard drives in your area, shred all the documents and wipe clean all the websites.

That will be better for the country than following idiotic orders; but, if you see an order that will NOT hurt people, then follow it.

Regardless, say that you support trump 100% and will follow his orders tomorrow. Every time they ask, the answer is the same; next week, or tomorrow.

Donald Trump is a habitual, unrepentant liar.

But when Trump says he wants to be a dictator for a day, weaponize the Department of Justice, turn on the spigots for Big Oil, roll back the achievements of the Inflation Reduction Act, fire federal workers who choose to honor their agency’s mission rather than function as Trump loyalists, and more, we should take him seriously.

When his associates publish a detailed agenda of what they hope to achieve in a second Trump presidency — Project 2025 — we should believe them.

And when Trump and his acolytes say they intend to govern much more ruthlessly than they did in his first term, we should assume they aim to do exactly that.

The good news is, we have our own playbook for dealing with Trump.

Public Citizen was enormously effective in confronting Trump in his first term.

We helped drive three of Trump’s cabinet secretaries from office.

We generated a major focus on Trump’s personal conflicts of interests and the corporate capture of his administration.

We won multiple lawsuits against the administration, including to force disclosure of the White House visitor log and to preserve a teen pregnancy prevention program.

We sued and forced the U.S. Postal Service to deliver ballots in a timely way.

We helped lead massive mobilizations to hold Trump accountable, including to support both Trump impeachments.

We built the Not Above the Law coalition and a network that ended up with more than half a million people signed up to take to the streets in more than 1,500 cities — in a broad coalition that spanned labor, environmental, civil rights, women’s, LGBTQ, and many other organizations.

We’re doing deep research on potential Trump appointees. We’re monitoring if, how, and when specific elements of the Project 2025 agenda are put into action. We’re preparing legal theories to challenge Trump’s dictates. And we’re readying our coalitions for activation.

We are preparing to:

Call attention to Trump’s and his family’s conflicts of interests, involving everything from a new Trump cryptocurrency to billions in Saudi investment capital managed by Jared Kusher.

Highlight ethical breaches, conflicts of interest, and abuses by cabinet nominees — and campaign to defeat as many outrageous nominees as possible.

Activate our coalitions — and expand them even further — to defend the rule of law and fight against all manner of Trump authoritarian actions.

Lobby and pressure our friends on Capitol Hill to stay unified and try to hinder or block Trump’s legislative agenda.

Sue the administration to obtain documents and block all manner of illegal action.

We are hard at work on detailed plans for each of these areas.

Here’s one example: During Trump’s first term, we litigated effectively to block the administration’s authoritarian maneuvers and corporate giveaways. We are preparing to do even more in a second Trump administration.

Right away, and throughout Trump’s second term, we will provide training for nonprofit allies — including environmental justice and grassroots groups — on the use of the Freedom of Information Act. And we will be prepared to represent various groups, reporters, and researchers in litigation if and when the administration refuses to respond to open records requests.

Similarly, we will provide training for nonprofit allies on administrative law and regulatory practice, focusing on key concepts that may form the basis for legal challenges to Trump’s anti-regulatory action. We’ll give them guidance on how to identify strong cases, and we’ll be available to provide representation if needed.

We’re doing work now to prepare legal challenges to Trump actions in three areas that are highly likely to come into play:

EMERGENCY POWERS

We sued Trump over his funding for the so-called border wall, which took money from other purposes based on a purported emergency. We expect that a second Trump administration will make more widespread claims to emergency powers, particularly on matters relating to energy and immigration. On our own and with colleague organizations, we anticipate litigating to block the invocation of emergency powers to justify otherwise illegal actions.

IMPOUNDMENT CONTROL ACT

Trump and his minions have already signaled that they will refuse to spend money appropriated by Congress for purposes they don’t like, such as renewable energy or grants for climate- or health-focused work. If they do so, we are prepared to sue for violation of the Impoundment Control Act, which restricts the president’s ability to refuse to spend appropriated funds.

ARBITRARY AND CAPRICIOUS

Project 2025 announces a long list of regulatory protections that Trump will try to undo. Under administrative law rules, however, the administration cannot act in an “arbitrary and capricious” manner — it must be able to justify its actions based on facts. We have long challenged agency action that fails to meet that standard, and we are preparing to do so aggressively going forward.

Against this backdrop, we’ll be closely monitoring existing and proposed rules we expect Trump’s gang of corporate-friendly regulators to try to roll back — from heat protections for workers to standards for banks to account for climate risk, from Medicare drug price negotiation to safeguards against consumer fraud, and much more — and we’ll be ready to rush into court to stop them.

Make no mistake, we know exactly how dangerous Trump will be in a second term and we’re appropriately frightened for our nation and the world. But we are even more determined to mitigate the damage and confront his authoritarianism head on.

We can’t do it alone, however.

Evil has Arrived: But Light Can Kill Evil

Trump and the GOP bring evil to our homes and neighbourhoods.

Imagine 100,000,000 Americans bringing light to GOP evil. That idea warms my heart.

We get light in social media, newspapers, broadcast news, podcasts, online forums. and anything we can imagine. I will showcase the GOP evil in all the places I can. You can do it too.

 

EVIL

Evil is here, now.

Evil is defined as the absence of empathy. [Captain G. M. Gilbert, the Army psychologist assigned to watching the defendants at the Nuremberg Trials.]

 

Evil acts happen because the perpetrators think they will make a gain or advantage even if they harm someone in the act. That refusal and/or inability to consider the effect of an action on others is common to Trump, the GOP, the Nazis under Hitler and most of the tyrannies in history.

 

I know that people of good will vastly outnumber evil people. We can defeat evil by acting individually and together to call out and prevent evil acts. When we call out the evil, we will be loud and obnoxious. We will DO SOMETHING!

Let's encourage marching in the street to the White House, Supreme Court, Mar-a-lago, New York Times Square and everywhere we can find a few good people.   

 

Here's how I will try:

First, I will try to take care of my family to the best of my ability and keep the harm at bay that the GOP wants to inflict on my family.

 

When I see an evil act such as a man beating a woman, I hope I will step in and help the woman and/or restrain the man; and hope I will scream loudly and call for help.

 

When I see suffering I hope I will try to help the person suffering and call attention to the suffering.

 

When I see a cop beating a defenceless person, I will yell loudly to STOP. I will try to get the press to record it. I hope that others will step in to help the person as well

 

I will call out and challenge every GOP evil statement I see.

 

When I see women trying to get health care but prevented from doing so by evil GOP, I will try to help each and every such woman.

 

I know that the good in Americans far outweighs the evil, but, we Americans with good in our hearts must act when we see evil. If we do not act, then the evil will continue.

 

 

CYBER War

The United States of America is under constant Cyber attack from several countries: Russia, China, Iran, North Korea and others.

Their attacks seek to undermine our National Security using misinformation and direct cyber attacks. 

It is time to increase our counter cyber attacks. For example, if we know that Russia has 100 people creating those attacks on our systems and information transmission, then we should create a 1,000 person unit to attack Russian systems and information content. Ditto for the other countries.

We can create malware to sabotage their systems; we can also create poilitical instabilityh in those who attack us. 

We are in an active war. Now it is time to acknowledge that and treat it seriously.

 

Israel

 

 

Netanyahu is a war criminal who creates and extends genocide.

 

We should work for a regime change in Israel.

 

Continuing to support him will create a wider war and countless unnecessary deaths.

 

Delicate Constitutional Question

Trump is a traitor and also an intelligence asset for Putin. The Founders did not even imagine such a situation. 

We must assume that any information given to the Fascist trump will be given to Putin.

If the Constitution requires that the sitting President receive all information, then that WILL create a national security crisis.

trump does not acknowledge the Constitution and actively uses its provisions to subvert its intent. Therefore, he can be denied its protections. We should do that.

Then we face an existential crisis. Either we give the President zero information OR we hand our secrets to our sworn enemy.

I suggest that all intelligence personnel ensure that he receives zero information or only false information. Putin will NOT like that and will endeavour to circumvent the restriction.

It is worth a workaround to keep secrets from trumphole.

1. UKRAINE: Before January: Get enough cash and weapons to Ukraine so they can continue their war with Putin for at least a year. Make sure trumphole can't get to the cash because he'll steal it and then hand over Ukraine to Putin. Failure to provide Ukraine cash and weapons to last beyond trumphole WILL result in Russian invasion of more EU countries. 

2. JUDGES: There is a rumor that there are many vacant judge positions. FILL THEM, NOW !

3. NORTH KOREA: Welcome to the big leagues. NK has donated weapons and troops to the Russian side in Ukraine. SO, destroy their missile launching capacity with Ukrainian/Polish/Swedish special forces. In and out raid and/or attacks. Likely will not escalate since it is a tit for tat response. Regardless, let them know there are no free shots.

4. IRAN: 

Destroy nuclear program - they want to play with Putin, it is not free......

I suggest we work to prevent unconstitutional and/or immoral acts by the Fascists.

Prevention is better than prosecution or lawsuits after the fact. Of course, we need those as well, wherever it's appropriate.

But, it's a lot better to prevent any such act from happening. 

It's a safe assumption that any order, command and/or suggestion from the Fascists is harmful to people and beneficial to the Fascist corporations only.

We have to stop them. We can stop them when we work together. Kamala said: 'When we fight, we win.'

Biden political appointees: 

While these actions may be illegal, they are certainly moral and, probably, Constitutional.  We may not get all the Fascist policies and programs, but destroying any is better for the United States of America.   

Look at the projects and policies you control. For any policy that will enrich the Fascists, shred all physical documents, take down any and all web sites and wipe clean all hard drives. [I have personal experience with this tactic in lawsuits. It is effective.]

Leave intact records and web sites for policies that help real people. Clear all records of acts that help Fascists.

Federal, State and local Civil servants

Tax and Regulatory agencies: 

Continue your work - collecting taxes and preventing abuses is good unequivocally.

Corporations: Keep your minds clear - if you benefit from the Fascists today, they will harm you next week.

Armed forces and Law enforcement: 

You have a Duty to Disobey any order or command that is unconstitutional.
