NSA - Inadmissible, But.....

Barry, My Liege :

As little as I know about the law, one thing seems clear : evidence gathered from illegal search and seizure is inadmissible in a court of law.

So, my conclusion is that all the information our spooks steal from us cannot be used against us in the courts.

It has the same standing as a conversation with a stool pigeon who won't testify in open court.

It means the police have to prove it before they can use it.

Unfortunately, My Liege, those protections have been seriously weakened by your executive extra-judicial powers.

The courts are powerless to protect me from you or your subordinates.

I am not secure from those who control the United States government ; and, I do not think that voters control the government.
