Who makes the decision that he is not entitled to the office??
Nixon resigned and left while Clinton was not convicted and stayed. Is there a precedent or law for involuntary removal?
AND, then, who will carry him away forcibly? Then, where will he go?
It is unlikely that he will leave voluntarily, even after he has been deposed.
While he has made vague threats of violence and civil war, I think it is unlikely that our military and police forces will choose to honor him when he has been legally judged as removed from the office since they are sworn to uphold the Constitution and not the person. More likely it is the delusional rambling of a frightened and confused old man.
Strange times.
