Let's get real about nuclear power.
It is a disaster waiting to happen. It will happen in the US - Americans will die and cities will be contaminated.
Just like Fukushima. 'It's another universe.' reports Greenpeace as seen on RT here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aY5cvod4Tiw&feature=player_embedded#at=284
And yet, and yet, the industry says things like this: 'Plants can run forever, the 40 year limit doesn't mean a thing.'
At the same time, upgrades, modifications and safety equipment don't get done, thanks to the NRC lap dogs.
We have 104 nuclear plants in the US - most are within killing distance of major population centers like New York, Philadelphia, Washington DC and Boston.
How many Americans must die before we eliminate these dirty time bombs?
We don't need Al Queda when we have the NRC.
