Armed terrorists in ICE and other Homeland Security agencies are acting outside of their jurisdiction and committing violence. Their goal is to create fear and terror in both citizens and immigrants by using unconstitutional methods.
Most of their activities are thus criminal; and therefore, each agent is personally liable for criminal and civil prosecution since qualified immunity does not apply to illegal acts.
Their leaders are Kristi Noem, Steven Miller, Tom Homan and Greg Bovino.
