The United States of America as expressed in our founding document, the Constitution, is a simple idea.
Our idea is that government derives its power through the People. The Government does not derive power from God, any religion or any person.
American People express our will through the laws we establish to express our will. Those laws create all the governmental organizations in the country: every school district, water district, city, county, state and the Federal Government is established pursuant to our Constitution.
The American people have created laws to protect us from people or organizations who want to harm us and/or take away our right to determine our own will. We have also created institutions to punish those who wish to harm us. And, we have created punishments for those whom we determine have harmed us. We have established a wide range of punishment for those who harm us; punishments range from civil or criminal lawsuits, fines, imprisonment and, ultimately, to execution.
Millions of us have bled, suffered and died when fighting forces who wish us harm. We expect our various Governments to conduct our efforts to protect us and our laws from harm. That protection has included military and other form of war.
Now it comes that some members of our Governments have chosen to harm us by ignoring, evading or disregarding our laws for their own reasons. The reasons some choose to harm us are irrelevant - we expect our Governments to punish those who seek harm for us and our laws.
But, when we cannot rely on our Governments to protect us, then we shall find and punish those who subvert their duty to protect us.
They are Enemies of the American State.
Today those Enemies of the American State include but are not limited to the President, officials appointed by the President, Republican members of Congress who support the President's actions and any other citizen who subverts the will of the American people by actions taken to install laws or policies for any reason that contradict the Laws we establish pursuant to the Constitution.
