ICE has become an armed occupying force in your city. They are there without your permission and against your expressed wishes.
Yet they use and rely daily on the services your city provides to perform their hostile actions. That reliance is one of their many weaknesses.
But Patriotic Americans can perhaps create nonviolent methods of hindering ICE. ICE will be slowed down if they can't use the services you provide. Then, perhaps they will leave of their own accord. All the electricity, heating fuel, water, sewer, trash removal, communications, vehicle repair and fuel and many other services provided in your city require absolutely constant repair and maintenance. Vehicles need tires with air in them, clean fuel not contaminated by foreign substances in the fuel tank and an electronic system that is not damaged or inoperable. Hotel rooms and offices need electricity, water, heat and refuse disposal in order to accommodate people.
I do not need to remind you that it's cold !
It will be difficult for ICE to conduct raids, abductions and disappearances when their vehicles are inoperative, their offices and uninhabitable and their hotel rooms are left with no utilities.
Wisely you choose to remain peaceful when protesting their many cruelties in order to avoid provoking the Federal Government into declaring an insurrection and placing military forces in your city. However, history teaches that appeasing autocrats does not prevent them from taking an action they wish to take. We can hope your restraint can prevent armed military troops from being ordered by their Commanders to wage war on American citizens and residents. I think we can be confident that any order to deploy armed forces to an American city and to wage war on Americans will be an illegal order. In that event, we can hope members of the Armed Forces will refuse that illegal order and lay down their arms.
