RUSSEL VOUGHT Vought is the chief architect of Project 2025 and uses his influential position as OMB chief to install Project 2025 policies across all of the Federal Government.
Project 2025 aims to destroy the rule of law and install a dictatorship. All of Vought's actions are therefore criminal.
Project 2025 contains numerous discussions from numerous authors about how to destroy the Rule of Law and install a dictator. While the discussions provide a road map to treason, the discussions are probably protected as Free Speech by the very Constitution they wish to destroy.
